Well, hello 2024, it’s good to meet you. Although it’s the end of January as we record this, I’d say welcoming a new year of opportunity and possibility and, yes, another trip around the sun deserves a nod, a tip of the hat, cheers, acknowledgment that a new year means we are still here doing this thing called life. I’ve taken a bit of time off over the holidays and was on a trip that lasted longer than planned, and while my time away hasn’t been without its challenges, I’m looking forward to seeing what unfolds over the next 11 months.
I already know of one change that’s happening soon. If you listen to this on any of the iHeart Talk Radio stations on Saturday and Sunday in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Windsor in particular, this will be the last radio show airing on the station you’re listening to this on. Don’t despair, though, EAT THIS with Lianne will continue, and to keep hearing this, you can do that a few ways.
- Find us on Apple’s iTunes, Spotify, or the iHeartRadio app.
- Search for “EAT THIS with Lianne” or use episode numbers like Episode 188.

This change is of my own choosing as to better – whether you know or not, I have a full-time job, and continue to create this for you, my lovely loyal listeners, and moving forward, I’m going to create each episode in a way that works for me, not in the for radio format. The podcast will continue for now, and we will have new guests, Dr. B is already booked for an upcoming episode, and I’m compiling your questions, so while the episodes may not be weekly, I will keep sharing my knowledge and research with you, so you can keep on up-leveling your health and wellbeing in an intentional way. It has been a pleasure filling the radio waves, and I still do segments on various stations.
Reflecting on the power of intention, I recall our “Be Intentional” series from episodes 101–107 in 2022. Let’s revisit the journey from intention to ingrained habit and beyond. Together, let’s navigate the path forward, embracing each step with purpose.
- First, it’s an intention.
- Then a behavior
- Then a habit
- Then a practice
- Then a second nature
Then, it’s simply who you are. So let’s keep going together and see where life takes us…
As we delve into the themes that will guide us through 2024, I emphasize the importance of consistency. Here are some key areas of focus:
